Craig is a young/chubby/talented singer on this year's X Factor in the UK. We quite like him, even though he's recently started losing weight after going on what looks like a pretty strict diet and exercise regimen. Adam Richman on Man vs. Food Nation

Apparently Adam Richman sat down with the folks at the Travel Channel and kindly explained that he did not want to die of a grease-induced heart attack at the age of 37. So rather than simply end his show, they've retooled Man vs. Food into Man vs. Food Nation, in which Adam will now coach other ordinary citizens through eating competitions rather than doing them all himself. The good news is that he's still as hot as ever, as you can see for yourself in this behind-the-scenes clip from the recent episode in New Haven, CT. New episodes of Man vs. Food Nation air Wednesdays at 9/8c on the Travel Channel. More videos of Adam can be viewed at the Man vs. Food Nation website.
