Hard to believe it, but everybody's favorite lovable sidekick Andy Richter didn't even place in last year's poll. Andy makes a huge jump this year into the #8 spot, boosted by the whole Conan/Leno kerfuffle, and landing squarely into our hearts at his new home on TBS. Hooray for Andy with his sardonic wit and devilish grin. And, you know, smokin' bod. That too.

my gosh hes hot!! ive always had a crush on him since the old conan show when he used to do the “year 200″ skit. its a pitty hes married lol! naw jk whatever makes my big boy happy!
