BearMythology has had great coverage of Modern Family, mostly centered around the incredible, incredible Eric Stonestreet. God this man makes our knees weak.  Anyway, if you haven't been following the buzz, Eric plays one half of a gay couple and in the pilot episode they've just adopted a baby from Vietnam.  I'm still a bit on the fence for the whole show but the ensuing scene when all the characters come together for a dinner party has some of the biggest laugh out loud moments I've seen on TV in a while.
