Edit - and yes, sorry, he died in 1993 as the article linked to indicates. Title was a simple typo caused by distraction, we certainly do not shy away from lusting over the deceased here at Chubarama.

Dayyyuuummm, no wonder those burgers taste so good. We've been big fans of In-N-Out for a long time but now we love the company even more after seeing this. Interesting read about the burger biz for anyone into food, too. [Business Week]

R.I.P. Rich and his mother in the picture next to him Esther. I worked at In-N-Out Burger for 5 years, and it is an amazing company, I never got the chance to meet Rich for he died before I worked there, I did meet his younger brother Guy, who then later died as well, and then years later Esther finally passed away. You should change the headline of this to “Rich Snyder RAN In N Out Burger” cause now his daughter Lindsey is actually president of the company, yet she does not have control over it yet, the Vice President, Mark Taylor, who is one hell of a sexy big guy himself runs the company, and was given specific instructions from Esther that he only let Lindsey take over the company when he saw fit. He has actually been the one running the company since Guy Snyder passed away. Esther owned it, but she didn’t do much of anything.

So much for the thrill of flying. He was too handsome a man to have been wasted in such a shitty way.

Lindsay was not Rich’s daughter. Rich never had any children and he had only been married maybe a year when he was killed in the plane accident. Lindsay is the daughter of his brother Guy.
I worked for the company during the time the Rich died and was privileged to attend his Memorial Service at Calvary Chapel Costa Mesa. I meet him several times and was able to visit his home in Balboa. He was was a gracious, generous man who love Jesus Christ.

I should of married him. What A awesome guy……….. Richard and I had A great time in 1983. Flo DuPignac had shown me how to live life, unfortunely I did not learn every thing she had
to offer. But she did rescue me from Saudi Arabia. And my school in Faistenau, Austria. She and I took care of all the 28 in-n-out’s burger stand’s when I was in college and running numbers for Covina. I made sure all plants were watered and looking good.Until they discovered silk plants. Then we all went our seperate ways. Debbie Peterson
