Rogen: I’ve let them down. I’ve blatantly sold out. It’s only for money.

Rogen shows remorse for the demise of his fat guy status for his role in The Green Hornet, saying "I think for chubby guys, I was their guy so they were like, 'I can be chubby. Seth Rogen's chubby, so who cares.' But now I'm not so chubby anymore. So now they're like, 'I have to lose weight.' I've let them down. I've blatantly sold out. It's only for money."
Sure, plenty of fat guys may have felt better about themselves after seeing husky Seth on the big screen, but what about us who just wanted to make out with him after seeing him on the big screen? Oh well.
Seth, we admirers still love yah no matter what weight you are. Still, I have a feeling as soon as the movie is done you'll be getting more Kevin Smith-like by the day.

strange to hear someone whos successful in movies still relate to the “chubby guys”. i guess success doesnt necessarily change everyone.
i agree about the weight– we still love him. but the hair? cutting that hair– an offense that is without forgiveness. how dare he?!

I think facially he’s still pretty cute, and obviously he’s still funny. I miss that belly and big hair.

I still like him in that way. I had a thing for him ever since I saw him on Donnie Darko. He looked just like my bf.

Well, at least we’ll still get to enjoy chubby Seth in Observe and Report. I agree that he’ll probably fatten back up after he’s done with Green Hornet. It sounds like he doesn’t like his new physique.

He will always be cute and funny no matter what, but man… was I sad to see all that chub go. D:
… from what I have been hearing about his dieting (quotes like: “I have a lot of tantrums. I want my food. I cry for no reason.”), he’ll probably be going back to his old self after filming.
