Vintage Chub: Allan Sherman in video
We've been meaning to profile the late, great Allan Sherman (not to be confused with Jay Sherman) for a while here on Chubarama.net but after some prodding from a submitter (thanks) here he is in all his uber-nerdy goodness. The silly songs, the glasses, the chubby and adorable face- we gotta admit, this guy is one of our all-time favorites. Here's some video.

The only vintage dude who might be cuter than Sherman is that black and white pic you posted awhile back, the one that looked like a high school senior picture from the 50s. Hubba hubba.

When I was a kid and Allan was popular, I loved his nonsensical songs, but didn’t think of him sexually at all. Now, however, looking at these old clips I realize what a hottie he was. He looks so corruptible!
