Wow, is this guy ever a stud. He's a Chicago based chef with establishments like Avenues and the coming soon Graham Elliot under his belt, but my goodness, as much as I'd like to try his food I think I could eat him up, too. Once his self-named restaurant opens soon, I hope that one of the items on the menu would involve having him lying down semi-naked on your table while you eat his food on his belly.
